Reactions are a great way to acknowledge someone's topic/post in either a positive, neutral or negative way without having to comment. Just look for the like link at the bottom of each post to open the reactions bar where you can choose from six different reactions - hover over each one to see what they mean.
Thumbs Up - you like it.
Hot - you like it a lot.
Face Palm - oh no, it's not good.
+1 another way to like a post, but this basically says you agree with it.
Sad - oh dear, not such a good post.
Love - means you love it and like it a lot, really a lot.
