Registered members can add albums to the 'albums section' so if you can't find what you want, why not add it and let others share a new experience. It's not difficult, but there is a procedure that involves visiting the audio database site to search for what you want to add (there's no guarantee what you want will be listed, so that's a caveat), copy a link from the album and then come back here a paste that link into a field on the submission form. Once you have copied the link, it's just a matter of pressing the 'Add Album' button and the system will do all the heavy lifting of adding a cover and the album track list.
So, the procedure:
First, go to the albums section and click/tap the 'Add Album' button:
When you do this, the submission form will appear:
There's a lot of fields on the form, but the only one you're looking for is the one shown below. The second yellow arrow points to a link for the audio database, if you click/tap that link the audio database will open.
When at the audio database, type the name of the band or artist you want to add an album from and hit return.
So if I search for Black Sabbath, I will get this:
Click/Tap on the image to see the albums:
Click on the album cover of the album you want to add to open it up and look at your browser address bar and copy the link that appears there; the yellow arrow shows what you're looking for.
Copy the entire link and come back to the Hard Rock Junkies site where the submission form should still be open, and paste that link into the field mentioned above. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click/tap the 'Add Album' button. You're done.
It may look complicated, but once you get the hang of it, you can add a lot of albums in a short space of time. For example, I added 1,300 albums over a space of two days. Give it a try.
